My rental scooter's battery was dead in the middle of trip and she was there to replace it on the spot. It was very praiseworthy. She was always in contact when needed!

We just rented a bike from this shop and honestly had such a wonderful experience! The aunty who runs the place is super friendly, kind, and really helpful — she patiently explained everything to us and even gave us a few tips about where to go and what to look out for. You can really feel that she cares about her customers.
The bike itself was in great condition — smooth to ride, clean, and well-maintained. The whole rental process was simple and fast, with no hassle at all. Prices were fair too, especially considering the quality of the service and the bikes.
If you’re looking to rent a bike around here, I can’t recommend this shop enough! It’s always nice to meet genuinely nice people while traveling, and this place definitely made our day. 🚲😊

The owner Song is literally the nicest lady I have met in 6 weeks of travelling Vietnam. Rented a motorbike with her based on a recommendation of a friend. She has a lot of good motorbikes for a good price but how she treats her customers is what makes her so specials. She gave me water, gave me tea, and when I delivered the motorbike she again invited me in for some tea and snacks and she speaks very good English and is a fun person to hang out with! If you need a motorbike in Sapa, GO TO THIS PLACE!

An amazing experience. I booked the trekking through this business and it was great, they took us to great spots, provided us with all the information and answered all our questions. I was able to book the day before and was very satisfied with the trek, it was doable. Now the service at this business was amazing Ms Song was incredible, a very warm and happy person , giving tea and food, she provided me with a place to store my luggage and to have a shower after the trek. This is definitely the place to book anything you want. Hospitality here is top.

Very recommended place to get motorbike in Sa Pa. I amazed with the services. The owner very nice and fully welcoming. They have several options for motorbikes, and all were on a very good condition. The rent also included with plastic raincoat, water, and helmet (you can choose the helmet) They also provide a service for getting you a fuel with no additional price from the gas station. There’s only 1 gas station in the city, it close from the market.

I rented a motorcycle from this rental shop for 4 days. It was a great experience riding it around sapa. The motorocycle I rented was in a relatively good condition, and it did its job allowing me to go different places, even for long rides.
The lady boss was very friendly and we chatted a little even after returning the motorcycle - she is as friendly as when we were renting the motorcycle. She even invited us for some hot tea in the cold weather. Will definitely come back to them for rental.

At a very reasonable price, we rented 3 motorbikes for 2 days. Song and her family were so sweet, informative and relaxed. With her great English skill, she explained multiple places to see and explore near Sa Pa. Can highly recommend renting bikes here.

Meeting Song is one of the.highlights of our visit in Sapa.
Her shop is just a few meters away from Florence Villa (where we stayed), which made everything convenient.
Song looked after us like we've been friends for a long time, even gave us massage oil because our legs were already aching. She also helped us with our laundry (cheaper than the hotel laundry service).
If you're in Sapa, and you need a motorcycle rental, go to Song. Plus, she has a really cute fur baby named Lucy.

원래는 사파에서 3일만 지내고 다른 지역으로 이동 하려 했어요, 저는 최근에 소수민족들을 찾아 다니는 여행을 하는 21년차 여행가인데 제가 원하는 사파의 모습들이 제 예상과 많이 달랐기에 그냥 마지막날 바이크나 빌려 사파 한바퀴나 돌아보고 다른 지역으로 이동 하려 구글 리뷰가 좋은 쏭네 가게 방문 했습니다.
처음 쏭과 그의 가족들을 만났을 때부터 그들은.자신들의 식사 자리에 저를 초대해 주었고 쏭도 소수민족 출신이기에 소수민족 정보를 얻을 수 있을까 싶어 가게 근처에 숙소를 잡고 일주일 머물기로 결정했는데 정말 가족같이 지내다 보니 그들이 좋아서 또 일주일을 연장해서 지내다니 보니 총 16일을 같이 있었네요. 이곳에 머무는 동안 다양한 손님들과 식사도 하고 술도 마시고 재미있게 보냈습니다.
쏭과 지내며 느낀점은 정말 사람을 진심으로 대하는 사람이라는 감정을 받았습니다. 물론 바이크와 서비스 또한 훌륭할 뿐더러 왜 이곳이 리뷰 5점인지는 직접 가서 그들을 만나 보시면 아실거에요.
단돈 몇푼 아끼고 이익을 얻을 생각보다는 그들에게 많이 베푸세요, 쏭은 분명 몇배로 더 챙겨주는 사람입니다😁
가이드 출신인 Song에게 사파의 원하시는 트래킹 및 투어 정보도 얻으실 수 있고 소수민족 출신인 쏭의 여동생이 함께 트래킹 하는 투어도 있으니 여행사보다 이곳이 훨씬 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있어요.
쏭네 가게 옆에 바이크 샵은 다른 샵이니 꼭 사진에 보이는 가게와 쏭의 얼굴을 기억하시고 찾아 가시면 됩니다!
